1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the fa9999 website, mobile site, and all associated services and products accessible at fa9999.onl.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with or uses the fa9999 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account held by a Player on the fa9999 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's fa9999 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet value, or non-withdrawable wagering credits awarded by fa9999.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process fa9999 may require from Players.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use the fa9999 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fa9999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person accessing the Platform in a personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register Player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. fa9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended fa9999 account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the fa9999 Platform or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

fa9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all services.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fa9999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

fa9999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify fa9999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

fa9999 reserves the right to require password resets, impose two-factor authentication, or temporarily suspend an account where suspicious activity is detected. All account activity conducted through a valid login session will be deemed to have been carried out by the registered account holder.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

fa9999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment processing.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Processing times for other methods may vary.

• fa9999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• fa9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the fa9999 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• fa9999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• Where a deposit was made using a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be completed in full before any withdrawal is permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fa9999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other seasonal promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to the following general bonus rules:

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the respective promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your balance without notice.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games or betting markets count towards wagering requirements. fa9999 reserves the right to specify which games and markets are eligible and at what contribution percentage.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the real-money winnings generated after satisfying wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• fa9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Each Player may claim a welcome bonus only once. Claiming a welcome bonus via a new account after the closure of a previous account constitutes bonus abuse.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the fa9999 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. fa9999 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds and void any bets placed at clearly incorrect prices.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, competition, and event. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in the fa9999 Sports Betting Rules document.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to system acceptance confirmation. fa9999 will not be liable for connectivity issues that prevent a live bet from being placed.
• fa9999 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from Players deemed to be professional or advantage gamblers.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

7. Casino Games and Fishing Games

Casino games and fishing games available on the fa9999 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. These games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) rates published by the respective game providers.

fa9999 does not control the outcome of any casino game result. All game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG systems of the game providers. fa9999 is not liable for any technical malfunctions within third-party game software that result in interrupted sessions or voided rounds. In such cases, the policies of the relevant game provider shall apply.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible outcome of all gameplay. fa9999 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gameplay.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fa9999 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Player account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting fraud in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or pricing errors on the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fa9999 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

fa9999 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A legal order or regulatory requirement directing fa9999 to suspend or close the account.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, fa9999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, pending further investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has been identified, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fa9999 Platform — including but not limited to the fa9999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of fa9999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any fa9999 content without prior written consent from fa9999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes, bonus expiry, or wagering decisions.
• Losses arising from third-party game provider malfunctions or errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays or failures in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

fa9999's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

fa9999 collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the fa9999 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of the agreement between fa9999 and each Player.

fa9999 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

fa9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fa9999 will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered account email address. The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Continued use of the fa9999 Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and fa9999, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through fa9999's customer support team. fa9999 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support communication, the matter may be escalated through fa9999's formal dispute resolution process as outlined in the fa9999 Complaints Policy.
